Tamworth Airport to Benefit from Increased Security
The Gillard Labor Government has delivered $650,000 to boost security for New England residents and passengers travelling through Tamworth Airport. Tamworth Airport will benefit from the Government's $200 million Strengthening Aviation Security Initiative, a national investment to strengthen domestic and international aviation security against new and emerging threats. The grant is being provided to the Tamworth Regional Council.
