Groups across Australia will share in more than $4.9 million in Community Action Grants as part of the Caring for Our Country initiative. Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator Joe Ludwig, said Community Action Grants are helping regional, urban and Indigenous community groups across Australia adopt sustainable land management practices and protect the environment. 'Projects funded by Community Action Grants bring the community together - from landholders, students and families to local councils and businesses,' Minister Ludwig said.
