Establishment of Wheat Industry Advisory Taskforce underway- The Hon. Joe Ludwig - Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry

The Australian Government has today called for nominations for the Wheat Industry Advisory Taskforce. Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Senator Joe Ludwig, said the taskforce will provide recommendations to the government and wheat industry on key issues, including export standards and the reporting of up country stocks information. 'The establishment of this taskforce reflects the Government's view that industry representatives should drive industry good functions,' Minister Ludwig said.
