Regulated Access to Infrastructure Should Be Rare - Australian Productivity Commission

This media release was released with the draft report on 28 May 2013. The Productivity Commission in its draft report released today sets out the reasons why it considers that the legislation governing regulated third party access to nationally significant infrastructure should be changed. The Productivity Commission will be holding public hearings in July and is seeking responses to its preliminary recommendations before submitting its final report to the Australian Government in October 2013.
