Sydney service station penalised for breaching Fuel Act - Media Release 20 June 2013

A western Sydney service station, Gas Point Guildford West Pty Ltd, trading as Gas Point Guildford West, was ordered to pay a penalty of $22,500 for breaching the nation's stringent fuel quality standards. The Federal Court has ordered the service station operator to pay a penalty for two breaches of the Fuel Quality Standards Act 2000.
